The Deanship of Human Resources and Capability Development serves as the foundation from which the university strives to achieve the highest levels of development and service quality, with the aim of enhancing employee satisfaction and improving the overall work environment. The Deanship seeks to fulfill its vision and mission by providing distinguished administrative services to all university personnel, including staff and faculty members.
It is committed to improving the quality of administrative processes and ensuring the proper implementation of regulations and policies to safeguard rights and uphold fairness in areas such as recruitment, transfers, contracting, promotions, assignments, salary processing, service termination, and other employment procedures. The Deanship also prioritizes streamlining processes and efficiently utilizing human capital within a motivating work environment that fosters excellence, productivity, and institutional innovation.
Oversee strategic human resources planning in alignment with the university’s vision and strategic objectives, in collaboration with senior management.
Attract and select qualified talent that matches the university’s culture and needs through strategic recruitment plans and rigorous selection processes.
Develop employees’ capabilities by providing targeted training and development programs to enhance technical, leadership, and administrative skills, based on training needs analysis.
Implement an effective performance management system with clear objectives, regular evaluations, and constructive feedback to improve performance.
Lead change management and innovation initiatives, including strategic and digital transformation programs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure effective internal communication, strengthen relationships with employees, university departments, and external partners, and promote teamwork and collaboration.
Oversee the development and updating of HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, appointment, promotion, compensation, and labor relations.
