About the Department

The Holy Qur’an is the noble Book of Allah: a guidance for the righteous and a mercy for the believers. Hearts are revived by its exhortations, souls find tranquillity in its recitation, life is governed by its rulings, and happiness is attained through its noble manners. It is the primary source and foremost reference in all matters; there is no path to Allah except through it. It is the guidance that leads away from misguidance and illuminates sound truths amid the darkness of ignorance. The Ummah preserves its identity, recognizes its responsibilities, and remains steadfast in its position when its generations are raised upon the Holy Qur’an, becoming righteous heirs to Islam.
