The Department of Mathematics at the College of Science, Taibah University, has achieved a distinguished global presence in the 2026 ShanghaiRanking’s Global Ranking of Academic Subjects (GRAS), with Mathematics ranked among the 201–300 globally. This achievement reflects the Department’s academic and research contributions in the field of mathematics.
This achievement comes as part of Taibah University’s growing presence in international academic subject rankings and reflects the University’s efforts to enhance the quality of education and research, support research output, and advance academic excellence and international competitiveness.
The 2026 ShanghaiRanking’s Global Ranking of Academic Subjects also recognized other disciplines at Taibah University. Dentistry & Oral Sciences was ranked among the 151–200 globally, while Nursing was ranked among the 201–300 globally.
This global recognition underscores the continued efforts of the Department of Mathematics at the College of Science to support the University’s pursuit of academic and research excellence and strengthen its presence in international forums and rankings.
