The College of Science at Taibah University welcomed students from Taibah Schools on an exploratory visit to the chemistry laboratories at the college, as part of its educational activities aimed at linking theoretical knowledge with practical application and enhancing learning through direct observation and hands-on experience.

The visit began with a welcoming and introductory speech delivered by Dr. Adhwa Alharbi, who warmly welcomed the students and provided an overview of the college, its academic departments, programs, and its role in supporting education and scientific research.

The program also included an awareness lecture entitled “Towards a Water-Friendly Society”, which highlighted the importance of water conservation, environmental awareness, and sustainable practices. In addition, a segment titled “A Story of Passion” was presented by Ghala Hajjaj, one of the department’s students, during which she shared her academic journey and passion for her specialization in order to inspire and encourage the visiting students to pursue scientific fields.

The visit further included a tour of a specially prepared exhibition featuring several scientific displays and interactive experiments, providing the students with the opportunity to explore practical applications and modern laboratory equipment.

This visit reflects the college’s commitment to strengthening community partnerships and fostering communication with educational institutions, contributing to the promotion of scientific awareness and the development of students’ academic and practical skills.
