Dr. Harb, Associate Professor at Electrical Engineering Department, is been invited from TUV International certified German company to deliver a workshop for the ADGAS company engineers at Abu Dhabi on April 12-16, 2009. The workshop was on Electrical Motors; maintenance and operation in oil and gas applications. A long five days of lecturing and practical training, there was an intensive program, 8 hours a day. One full day was practical training onside, where the trainees had the opportunity to work very close and learn the way of rewinding electrical motors. At the end TUV distributed certificates to trainees.
