Membership Requirements
To join a student club, applicants must:

Administrative Structure of a Student Club
Each student club consists of:

Club Supervisor: A faculty member (or equivalent).

Club President: An elected student.

Vice President: A student nominated by the president.

Roles and Responsibilities
Club Supervisor

Provide general oversight of club activities and ensure compliance with regulations.

Recommend approval of annual plans and achievement reports to the Deanship of Student Affairs.

Approve student memberships and confirm eligibility.

Support activity implementation and coordinate resource needs with the Deanship.

Supervise student elections.
