The University Council Secretariat is an executive department directly reporting to the University President. It facilitates the University Council's tasks and provides all administrative and secretarial services for all matters related to the Council's work, in accordance with the Council's regulations and all instructions issued by the University Presidency. The Secretariat is linked to the Secretary of the University Council, who directly supervises the Secretariat. The Secretary of the University Council is appointed to this position from among the faculty members by the University Council to assume the duties of the Council Secretary.
