Tenders and Procurement

The university’s procurement plan is prepared by the General Administration of Planning and Budget and approved by the authorized official, then published by the Contracts and Procurement Department.
To publish the university’s procurement plan, the roles of (Planning Officer) and (Planning Approver) are activated. The latter role is responsible for approving the publication of the plan on the Etimad Platform portal.
