I have experience working with bacterial spores and understating mechanism of bacterial germination and sporulation in molecular level by doing PCR and mutation. In addition, I worked with finding different strategies to inactivate bacterial spore in vitro and in chicken and meat sample. Now I am working in discovering new agents natural and synthetic with antibacterial activities to fight antibiotic resistant bacteria and reduce the spread of infectious diseases to improve human health which is part of Saudi vision 2030.
