Research Interest
My research interests primarily focus on advancing the detection and characterization of prostate cancer through innovative medical imaging techniques, particularly using MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and SWE (Shear Wave Elastography). My doctoral research at the University of Dundee explored the integration of hybrid imaging modalities to enhance diagnostic accuracy in prostate cancer detection. My work encompasses the development and validation of radiomics and tissue-mimicking phantom studies to optimize MRI and SWE protocols for clinical applications. My research contributes significantly to the fields of medical imaging and oncology, aiming to improve patient outcomes through advanced diagnostic methodologies.
