Open Data Policy

The university allows portal users to access its open data and grants them the right to use this data at their own responsibility. This right is guaranteed to all beneficiaries, and the data is provided free of charge.

User Responsibility:

Users of the university's open data are responsible for any reuse of the data available on the university’s electronic portal. Reuse should not result in any errors related to the content, source, or date of the data.

University Responsibility:

Taibah University is not responsible for any damage or misuse experienced by entities as a result of using the data published on its electronic portal. The university does not guarantee the continuous availability of this data or any part of it. It bears no liability for any harm or loss that may occur to users as a result of reusing the data.

Reuse Conditions:

• The data or its source must not be misrepresented.
• The data must not be used for political purposes, to support any illegal or criminal activity, or in any content that is racist, discriminatory, incites hatred, negatively affects culture or equality, or violates the laws, customs, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• When using this data, it must be clearly stated that the source is Taibah University’s Electronic Portal.
• A link to the Taibah University electronic portal must be provided when reusing the information, to preserve the intellectual property, credibility, and authenticity of the data.
