My current research is dedicated to investigating the electrical and optical properties of semiconductor materials, along with various other materials, using photoluminescence spectroscopy and deep-level transient spectroscopy techniques. This work is particularly relevant to the advancement of technologies such as light-emitting diodes (LEDs), solar cells, and heterojunction devices. By gaining a deeper understanding of these properties, my research aims to contribute to the development and optimization of these applications, enhancing their performance and efficiency.
