Today Sunday morning, corresponding to 1/3/1434 A.H. in Taibah University, the events of the second scientific meeting of the male and female students of Postgraduate studies in the Educational Administration Department in Taibah University were launched. It will continue for two days in the presence of the Dean of the Faculty of Education in the University Prof. Dr. Muhammad Bin Shahat Al Khateeb. The meeting contained three committees supervising the meeting; Organization Committee, Scientific Program Committee, and Arbitration Committee.
The meeting targets the male and female students of the Postgraduate studies in the Educational Administration Department who study Research Seminar subject at the fourth level of the academic courses phase enabling him to write a research plan of the research project or M.A. dissertation.
The first day included three sessions as the first session started entitled “The Health Education and Performance Quality” by the student Muhammad Bin Salem Al Oufy for his submitted research entitled “ The Role of the Primary School in Consolidating the School Health According to the Program of the Health-Promoting Schools”. The session was managed by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Abbas Abdeen and he was discussed by both Prof. Dr. Abdullah Bin Sulaiman Ibrahim and Dr. Abdullah Bin Raji Al Radawmah.
Via the television circuits in the theatre of the Faculty of Medicine, female students section, the female student Abeer Abdul Rahman Al Muteiri discussed her research entitled “ Role of Female Managers of Primary Schools in Achieving the Goals of Health Education of the Female Students in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah” under the supervision of Dr. Mada Al Masri and she was discussed by both Prof. Dr. Mansour Bin Ahmad Al Ghawny and Dr.Fatimah Bint Abdullah Al Hazemi. It was followed by a research entitled “ The Extent of Readiness of Kindergartens in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah to Apply the Total Quality Management(TQM)Entry” by the student Wafa Thawab Al Muteiri under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shams and she was discussed by Prof. Dr. Hasen Bin Rafe’ Al Shehri and Prof. Dr. Sabryah Bint Muslim Al Yehyawi.
The fourth thesis tackled “ The Possibility of Activating the Physical Activities in the Girls Schools in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah” by the female student Alaa Abdul Hadi Nawaz under the supervision of Dr. Zakareya and she was discussed by Dr. Mahmoud Bin Abbas Abdeen and Dr. Muhammad Bin Faleh Al Jihney. The student Fahd Hassan Al Maleky discussed, in his research, the importance of time in ameliorating the performance of the school managers of the public education in Yanbu’ city under the supervision of Dr. Ali Bin Muhammad Al Ghamdi and he was discussed by Prof. Dr. Ahmad Bin Ali Ghoneim and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Bin Hasanein Al Ajami.
Then, the second session was held entitled “Professional Development and Job Satisfaction in the Educational Institutions” through which the student Bandar Bin Ibrahim Nadeem submitted his research entitled “ The Contribution of the School Managers in the Professional Development of the Teachers of the Elementary Classrooms in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Abdullah Bin Sulaiman Ibrahim and Dr. Mansour Bin Ahmad Ghawny. Then, this was followed by a research by the student Anas Muhammad Al Thaqafi entitled” The Training Needs for the Managers of the Governmental Secondary Schools in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah from their Point of View” under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Al Ajami and he was discussed by both Prof. Dr. Mansour Bin Ahmad Al Ghawny and Dr. Abdullah Bin Raji Al Radawmah.
The student Melfy Khamis Al Roweili submitted his research entitled “ The Job Satisfaction of the Teachers of the National Schools in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah” under the supervision of Dr. Mahmoud Abbas Abdeen and he was discussed by Prof.Dr. Hasen Bin Rafe’ Al Shehri and Ali Bin Hamzah Hajan. This was followed by a research by the female student Majdah Ibrahim Al Olayan entitled “ Effectiveness of Professional Development of the Teachers of Secondary Stage in the Light of Learning Organizations” under the supervision of Dr.Zakarya Muhammad Haibah and it was discussed by Dr. Daifullah Bin Awad Al Zayedi and Dr.Fatimah Bin Abdullah Al Hazemi.
As for the fifth research in the second session, it was submitted by the student Hanan Marji Al Saedy entitled “ The Role of the School Management in Developing the Professional Performance Skills of the Teachers of Learning Difficulties” under the supervision of Dr. Majdi Al Masri and it was discussed by both Dr. Hasen Bin Rafe’ Al Shehri and Dr. Areej Hamzah Al Seesy.
As for the third session, it was entitled “ Contemporary Trends in School Management”, and it was initiated by a research paper by the student Fouad Lafi Al Ahmadi entitled “Strategies of Performance Management of Governmental Primary Schools’ Managers in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah” under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Al Ajami and it was discussed by Dr. Ali Bin Muhammad Al Ghamdi and Dr. Muhammad Bin Faleh Al Jehni. Afterwards, the students Hussein Muhammad Ghalti discussed his research entitled “ Administrative Creativity of the Managers of the Secondary Schools in Sebia Governorate” under the supervision of Prof.Dr. Mahmoud Abbas Abdeen and it was discussed by Prof.Dr. Hamzah Hajan and Dr.Yaseen Bin Salem Al Safrani.
This was followed by the research of the student Ghadah Reda Al Harbi entitled “ Administrative Enablement of the Female Teachers of the Intermediate Schools in Industrial Yanbu’ and Sea Yanbu’” under the supervision of Dr. Majid Al Masri and she was discussed by Prof. Dr. Sabryah Bint Muslim Al Yahyawi and Dr. Ali Bin Muhammad Al Ghamdi, and the female student Ayeshah Ahmad Al Madani tackled in her research the strategies of creating joint vision in the girls schools in Riyadh under the supervision of Dr. Ali Horeyah and she was discussed by both Prof.Dr. Abdullah Bin Sulaiman Ibrahim and Dr. Areej Bint Hamzah Al Seesy.
As for the student Asmaa Sulaiman Al Seheimy, she tackled in her research the leadership of change and its relation to the organization culture of the female manager of the secondary schools in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah under the supervision of Dr.Zakarya Muhammad Haibah and she was discussed by Dr. Sabryah Bint Muslim Al Yahyawi and Dr. Ibrahim Ahmad Abu Jame’, and the female student Fatheyah Fareed Al Kuwaiti discussed in her research the transformational leadership and its relation to the administrative creativity of the female managers of the schools of the primary schools in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah under the supervision of Dr.Zakarya Muhammad Haibah and she was discussed by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shams Al Deen Bin Zain Al Abedeen and Dr. Fatimah Bint Abdullah Al Hazemi.
