If the sane and prudent person is destined to choose the place he prefers to be born and brought up therein, he will not find better than this country and better than its inhabitants in the purity of their instinct and lucidity of their belief. Then, how when Allah has destined this for him!
By the favor of Allah, my Master the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques honored me to be a member in the Shura Council in its new session. By sensing the mightiness of responsibility I was honored by. However, what may alleviate my soul and augment my resoluteness and hope in serving this generous country is that I will be among a bright constellation of the geniuses of science and thought in diverse fields.
As much as my pride and pleasure with the precious confidence I was assigned by the High Status of my Master the Custodian of the Holy Mosques, as much as I feel the significance of this responsibility that I implore to Allah Almighty to help me and sustain all my brethren the Council Members in the performing the mission entrusted to us fully by which we receive the satisfaction of Allah Almighty and by which we serve the nation.
