Concluding the (Work Values and Ethics) Program at Taibah University

Taibah University represented in Graduates Department and Unit at As Salam Academic Complex in cooperation with Educational Training and Scholarship Department (Girls) concluded the  (Work Values and Ethics) program through which it seeks to develop the abilities of trainees and their attitudes to practice work values and ethics effectively, and its events lasted for two days.
The program presenter the trainer Afaf Bin Abdullah Abu Tarboush said that the training program aims at getting the female trainee familiar with the work and job’s terms and concepts, work ethics, and acquiring necessary knowledge and skills in the labor market and identifying the job search techniques, and getting the female trainees familiar with their duties, rights, regulations, and systems in the work environment and forming a positive attitude towards the Kingdom’s efforts to saudize jobs. As well, identifying the labor and employees system in Saudi (social insurance and retirement)and comparing hafiz, taqat, and nitaqat systems.
he trainer Afaf Abu Tarboush defined the work concept as a group of tasks performed by one person whether by one or several means tackling the search for a job and summarized it in the sources of searching for a job, preparing curriculum vitae, managing personal interviews, passing job tests, and obtaining a job.
Abu Tarboush discussed curriculum vitae and its concept and said that it is a concise personal statement and report reviewing some personal information of work date and qualifications of a person wishing to obtain a specific work or position. She functionally defined it as a marketing page for displaying the skills, achievements, and experiences of the job seeker in an interesting way and in a scientific, organized, and attractive way.
The training program discussed the labor systems which are the Saudi labor and employees system, employment Gadarah system and Hafiz system.
