His Excellency Rector of Taibah University Dr.Adnan Bin Abdullah Al Mazrooa eulogized the distinct scientific and cultural movement made by the most salient annual competitive meeting of the male and female students and the more attractive of their innovations which was launched in Mecca. His Excellency Dr. Al Mazrooa said that the fatherly sponsorship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz(May Allah Save Him) for this conference comes as an extension of the immense support enjoyed by higher education in the Kingdom which witnessed large leaps during last years in execution of the ambitious strategy to be realized by the Ministry of Higher Education. The scientific conference of students comes as one of the important events organized by the Ministry annually with the aim of availing opportunity for all the male and female students of Saudi governmental and national universities and faculties to display their research projects, innovative ideas, and leading initiatives. His Excellency Dr. Al Mazrooa expressed His thanks and appreciation for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz (May Allah Save Him) for His support of higher education and sponsoring this conference. Also, He thanked His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khalid Bin Muhammad Al Anqari for His provided efforts for the achieved success of conference to come in its fourth version realizing total goals including upgrading the scientific and cultural levels of students and enriching the student academic arena by displaying and publishing the scientific and innovative output of male and female students, developing the leading and dialogue talents of male and female students, instilling and consolidating the values of honorable scientific competition and group work, and building up scientific communication bridges among male and female students.
On his part, the conference’s University Coordinator and Dean of Students Affairs Dr.Saleh Al Harby said the University was ready early for this conference where 24 male and female students participate in the conference’s diverse axes. He added that the University with all its affiliates are looking forward to realizing distinctive results by the University’s representatives in the competitions of conference. Dr. Al Harby indicated that the contributions of male and female students of Taibah University at the conference has launched today in the basic and engineering sciences axis, humanities axis, and accompanying events (innovations) with the participation of the student Meshal Zeyab Atteyatulah Al Seyhemy with a presentation entitled Effect of Vegetative System Extract of Moringa Peregrina on the growth of some economic plants, the student Muataz Asad Hussein Bery with a presentation entitled Comparing the Effect of Soils of Three Sites from Al Madinah Al Munawwarah on the growth of Moringa Peregrina, student Rawan Abdullah Ali Al Fazy with a presentation entitled Using Local Modulated Silt as a Remover of Colored Eosin, student Yaser Talal Ghazi Al Saedy with a presentation entitled Evaluating Satisfaction of Students on E-Services in the Admission and Registration System at Taibah University, student Bayan Khedr Nagi Ahmady who participates with a presentation entitled Aesthetics of Decorative Elements of Popular Door in the Kingdom and the Potentials of Taking Advantage therefrom in Producing Souvenir Decorative Replicas, student Deemah Abdul Hakim Abdul Qader Al Jabarty with a presentation entitled Family Violence and its Impact on Juvenile Delinquency, student Maha Mahana Mabrouk Al Ahmady with a presentation entitled Effect of Modern Communication Technology on Family Interconnection, and student Sakha Bandar Al Saedy who participates with a presentation and video.
It is mentioned that Taibah University received two golden Quills in the third scientific conference last year through obtaining the first positions by a number of its students and the golden Quill in science axis and golden Quill in basic and engineering sciences, in addition to realizing diverse positions by miscellaneous positions in the conference’s health axes.
