The proceedings of the First Developmental Meeting entitled “ Self-Development: Ceiling without Borders” organized by the University Development Deanship at Taibah University at the female students section at the theatre of the Faculty of Medicine concluded today Wednesday 21/6/1434 A.H. It continued for two days in the presence of the Vice-Rector of University Studies for Female Students Dr. Fawzeyah As Sobhy and the Vice-Rector of University Development Dean and the Chairman of the Meeting Committee Dr. Maha Bint Ahmad Said Al Hazemy.
More than (500) female trainees participated of the University female affiliates of the Faculty Members, employees, and students. (18) eighteen papers by Faculty Members and High Studies students have been discussed.
The Vice-Rector of University Development Dean and the Chairman of the Meeting Committee Dr. Maha Bint Ahmad Said Al Hazemy outlined that the objective of holding the meeting is self-development for excellence, clarifying and stating that the employee can develop himself, grow his capabilities, and attain massive achievements at diverse levels. Aslo,the female Faculty Member, employee, or students can excel and succeed in a talent and experience she has as done by one of the female employees when she gave a poem at the Meeting and which has been eulogized by the attendees as a proof that success, excellence, and creativity are not confined to a specific category of people.
She pinpointed that the Meeting’s goals are disseminating awareness of the importance of human development and self-development where several beneficial subjects, aiming at self and life-development and effective contribution in developing the individual and society, means of developing psychological, behavioral, and intellectual talents skills, have been discussed at the meeting, and rendering a tuft of beneficial services through discussing and studying some axes.
The meeting has been concluded by distributing Shields for the female participants with research papers and distributing attendance certificates for the female attendees.
