Development Dean at Taibah University and Institute of Public Administration Hold a Course of “Evaluating Job Performance of Employees” for the University’s Affiliates

Within its programs to develop academic and administrative work of the affiliates of Taibah University, the Deanship of University Development at the University in cooperation with the Institute of Public Administration hold a course entitled “Evaluating Job Performance of Employees” at the Training Hall at the Deanship where it will be managed and will continue for three days with an average of 6 hours daily.
The University Development Dean Dr. Ali Al Muqbel outlined that the course as a special applied seminar for the affiliates of Taibah University and directed to the affiliates of University of Faculty Members, PhD holders, and employees of top positions, and it aims at identifying all what may be relevant evaluating the job performance of employees, mechanisms, and developments, and noting the efforts of the Institute of Public Administration and its cooperation with the University to hold the applied seminar.
