Taibah University represented in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities held yesterday evening Tuesday an honoring ceremony for Prof. Dr. Sulaiman Bin Defeida' Al Raheely, the founder and former Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities on the occasion of completing two full terms in the Faculty Deanship, in addition to his exerted efforts in its foundation. The ceremony held at the Ceremonies Hall at the University and the Vice- Rectors of University and a large number of the Faculty Members at the University who were contemporary the Doctor and witnessed his achievements.
The ceremony, transmitted through screens to the female students section, with verses of the Holy Qur'an recited by Dr.Younes Bourhan.Then, the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities Prof. Dr. Abdullah Bin Muhammad Demfu delivered a thanking speech in which he thanked Dr. Al Raheely for his blessed and successful efforts in the efforts of the University and Faculty through his work as a Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, reviewing some achievements achieved by the celebrated personage.
Then, Dr. Ibrahim Qandeel gave a poem on this occasion, followed by another poem by Dr.Osama Ayoub, then a speech by the Vice- Rector of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities Dr.Kholoud Al Ahmady, through which she reviewed the efforts of Dr. Al Raheely in developing the Faculty, and his follow-up and encouragement of all programs and activities implemented by the Faculty at the two male and female sections and his directive to provide the best services and care to facilitate their educational affairs and contribution in the activities held by the Faculty.
Then, Dr.Muhammad Bahloul gave a poem after which the Students Department at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities started to honor Dr.Sulaiman Al Raheely by honorary Shields provided to him to conclude the activities of the ceremony by a speech of the celebrated personage Prof. Dr. Sulaiman Al Raheely, saying I thank all for their good and noble emotions and expressing his bliss by working in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities since its foundation which attained many achievements by the praise of Allah, then by the support and care of the University and the efforts of all employees at the Faculty including Faculty Members and employees, wishing successfulness and rectitude for all.
