Taibah University Receives Full Academic Accreditation for Four Bachelor’s Programs from the German AHPGS Authority
Four undergraduate programs at Taibah University, offered at its AlUla and Yanbu campuses, have received full academic accreditation from the German AHPGS Authority until September 30, 2028.
The accredited programs include:
Bachelor of Nursing at the College of Applied Medical Sciences in Yanbu
Bachelor of Clinical Nutrition at the College of Applied Medical Sciences in Yanbu
Bachelor of Clinical Laboratory Sciences at the College of Applied Medical Sciences in Yanbu
Bachelor of Nursing at the College of Applied Medical Sciences in AlUla
The accreditation from the German AHPGS Authority provides the accredited programs with international recognition for their academic quality. It enhances opportunities for admission to postgraduate studies worldwide, increases graduates’ readiness for the local and global labor market, improves academic competitiveness, attracts students, and affirms the university’s commitment to international accreditation standards.
It is noteworthy that the German Accreditation, Certification and Quality Assurance Institute (AHPGS) is a German organization established in 1994. It applies academic accreditation standards to programs across various disciplines, helping educational institutions improve the quality of education, ensure compliance with international standards, and enhance both teaching and research quality.
