Taibah University is organizing the second Leadership and Change Forum under the theme "Agile Leadership... Growth and Belonging," to be held from November 4-5, with the participation of a group of experts and specialists in the fields of leadership and professional development.
The forum, which will take place at the University’s Conference Center, aims to develop administrative leadership across all sectors and enhance the knowledge and skills necessary to develop leadership competencies that drive positive organizational change. This contributes to improving leadership performance and achieving effective institutional transformation.
The forum will include several scientific and practical sessions discussing the concepts of agile leadership and its impact on institutional development. It will also present quality experiences in positive change and building a culture of organizational belonging.
