Taibah University signed today a contract for the renewal of its institutional accreditation with the Education and Training Evaluation Commission in Riyadh, alongside the signing of 19 program accreditation agreements for several of its academic programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

The renewal of institutional accreditation aims to ensure the university continues to develop its educational and administrative systems, aligns its outputs with labor market requirements, and keeps pace with the developmental transformations taking place in the Kingdom as part of Vision 2030. Additionally, the accreditation of academic programs is a fundamental pillar for ensuring the quality of the educational process and enhancing the qualifications and training of students, contributing to the building of a knowledge-based society and a national economy driven by innovation and excellence.

The signing of the 19 program accreditation contracts marks a new step in strengthening confidence in the university's academic programs across various disciplines, including applied, humanities, and health sciences, as well as graduate programs.

Representing the university at the signing ceremony was its president, Dr. Nawal bint Mohammed Al-Rashid, while Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Salih, the chairman of the Education and Training Evaluation Commission, represented the commission, in the presence of officials from both sides.

This step reflects the ongoing effective partnership between Saudi universities and the Education and Training Evaluation Commission, as part of a comprehensive national effort to elevate the level of higher education, ensure its quality, and ensure it is aligned with development goals, preparing it for leadership at both regional and global levels.
