This course examines quality and the stages in the development of its associated concepts. It further explores the objectives, significance, technical methods, systems, and advantages of quality control. In addition, the course addresses the responsibilities of quality management, the organizational structure, and the functions of product quality control, as well as total quality management, ISO 9000 quality systems and their related terminology, and the Saudi standard specifications applicable to ready-made garments.
