About the Journal

A peer-reviewed semiannual academic journal issued by the College of Law at Taibah University. The journal welcomes contributions from researchers and academics from all countries around the world and seeks to publish original and innovative scholarly work in legal studies in Arabic, English, and French, while adhering to research ethics and sound scientific methodology.

Approval for the publication of an academic journal for the College of Law under the title “Taibah University Law Journal” was granted pursuant to Resolution No. (5) of the Taibah University Council during its fifth meeting held on 08/08/1441 AH. Subsequently, the President of Taibah University issued Resolution No. 533/Q dated 11/07/1442 AH establishing the Editorial Board of the Taibah University Law Journal.
