Research Interest
My research interests revolve around the development of sustainable materials for energy storage, with a focus on the rational design of porous materials, particularly activated carbon, to enhance CO2 capture and methane storage. I also work on valorizing biomass, such as date seeds, to create porous materials for various applications. This approach contributes to reducing carbon emissions and reliance on fossil fuels, while adhering to green chemistry principles and environmental sustainability. Additionally, my work involves the application of advanced analytical techniques to optimize material properties for improved performance in energy storage systems.
