My research interests focus on the development and application of natural products, particularly those with therapeutic potential in cancer, diabetes, hepatitis, and autism spectrum disorders. I am keen on exploring alternative therapies, including herbal medicine, as complementary approaches in clinical practice. Additionally, I am interested in utilizing natural compounds in epigenetic research to uncover novel therapeutic pathways. My work also involves the design and synthesis of semisynthetic natural compounds aimed at enhancing biological activities, with a specific focus on immune modulation and the development of potent antiviral agents.
