Through the launch of its portfolio of paid diploma programs, Taibah University seeks to keep pace with the evolving requirements of the labor market. These programs are characterized by their flexibility and alignment, made possible through active partnerships with the public sector, private sector, and non-profit organizations. The aim is to achieve the desired outcomes of enhancing students’ skills and abilities and raising professional competency.
The applicant must hold a General Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent.
If the applicant is a non-Saudi (child of a Saudi mother or father), the required supporting documents must be attached.
No weighted average is required for application.
The applicant must be medically fit.
Applicants with disabilities must provide a certificate issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development indicating the type of disability.
If an applicant with a disability is required to attend a personal interview by the designated committee, attendance at the scheduled time is mandatory; otherwise, the application will be cancelled.
Selection among applicants is based on high school GPA and according to the seats available in each program.
Data entered electronically must match the original documents submitted.
Applications must be submitted electronically via the admission portal within the announced timeframe.
Tuition fees must be paid on time, according to the dates announced on the university’s website.
The registration fee (250 SAR) is non-refundable, excluding tax, and cannot be reclaimed under any circumstances.
If withdrawal occurs before the start of the academic year, the student is entitled to a full refund of tuition fees, excluding the registration fee.
A 25% deduction from the semester tuition fee applies if the withdrawal request is submitted from the beginning of the study period until the end of the third week, according to the approved academic calendar.
No tuition fees, whether in full or in part, will be refunded after the third week of study, according to the academic calendar.
The applicant’s admission is cancelled if acceptance is not confirmed or tuition fees are not paid within the announced timeframe.
Admitted students are subject to the study regulations, selection policies, and organizational rules governing paid educational programs at Taibah University.
