- Use of devices (e.g., glucose monitors, blood pressure monitors)
- Inhaler and nebulizer training for asthma
- Insulin injection techniques
- Foot care guidance
Access to Health Education Clinic:
By referral: From physicians for chronic disease management support.
By walk-in: Patients can visit directly for general health education and self-care advice.
