IT Technical Reporting System (Daem System)

The system allows for the submission of reports and requests electronically, tracking them, and knowing the action taken on them through the beneficiary's system screen and messages received via email, instead of calling the responsible party (Customer Service at the Deanship of Information Technology) and submitting the report by phone.
